During this period of time, it is important that we continue to support our neighbours, our family and our friends.

Social distancing means we reduce the number of close physical and social contacts we have with one another.
When social distancing actions are combined with good personal hygiene measures the spread of a pandemic through the community can be slowed.
This helps protect the most vulnerable members of the community and reduces the impact of the pandemic on essential, life-saving health services.

AUSTRALIAN GOV STIMULUS PACKAGE
The Australian Government has announced a second economic stimulus package of $66b to support small-medium businesses, not‑for-profits (including charities). This brings the total economic support to $189b. The package includes:
• Support for households including casuals, sole-traders, retirees, and those on income support;
• Assistance to businesses to keep people employed;

NSW GOV SUPPORT
A $2.3 billion NSW health and economic stimulus package was announced to help protect the community and jobs against COVID-19. This includes $700m in extra health funding and $1.6bn to support jobs and cut taxes for small businesses. More info http://bit.ly/COVID-19-NSWStimulusPackage
Over the next 48hrs the Nation will proceed to a more comprehensive shutdown of non-essential services following the National Cabinet.
Supermarkets, petrol stations, pharmacies, convenience stores, freight and logistics, and home delivery will be among the many services that will remain open.
As part of the NSW Police Force's commitment to the safety of our community, you can now report anyone who doesn’t comply with public health advice to Crime Stoppers online at www.nsw.crimestoppers.com.au
Schools to remain open. If parents wish to keep children at home, then they are responsible.
